ALA Consulting Engineers (Andrew Lingard and Associates) was established in 1982 to provide a Consultative Service to the Construction Industry for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Hydraulic Services.The Company has provided the Industry with some of the most cost effective quality solutions to develop a diverse range of Projects.
Since 1989, the Company has provided it's Clientele with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire, Communication and Vertical or Horizontal Lift Services Support.
The team at ALA Consulting Engineers are highly skilled with a diverse range of expertise that ensures efficient, personalised services.
ALA Consulting Engineers have had a major influence in the design and building services insofar as allocating considerable and an increasing level of resources to research and development in response to new materials, changing environment, improved technology, market and client expectations, etc. We have created systems, ideas and products resulting in cost and time savings and reduced maintenance/operating costs.
As part of the Company's approach to achieving quality and continuous improvement, ALA Consulting Engineers employs a quality system generally based on Australian Standard AS ISO 9001 for it's project delivery. It must be noted that our system is an in-house system that is not certified and/or audited.
ALA Consulting Engineers offer a range of Engineering Services that include preliminary design, performance briefs for design and construct projects, full design documentation, supervision of design installation, project management of subcontractors in the following disciplines and areas:

Project delivery
To meet the needs of our Clients, we have appointed inhouse Project Leaders which are authorised to make decisions and act as the
Company Representative.
The Project Leader will:
Manage the project in-house,
Attend design or site meetings,
Co-ordinate the project inhouse through each discipline,
Provide programming and status reports,
Give the Client a single point of access for all inquiries,
Able to make informed decisions at a high level of authority.
Consequently, as a project is received by our office, we appoint a Project Leader who will follow the project from beginning to completion.
